There’s something uniquely satisfying about topping off a slick CNC project with a bespoke sheath or holster. Recently, I found an article about creating Kydex sheaths and I was quite impressed. It seems like a straightforward material to work with and a CNC enthusiast can definitely improve the design and quality. Here’s the sheath that I managed to make in just an hour:

The fancy looking belt clip is by Tek-Loc and is available from Amazon among others.  If you don’t fancy a knife sheath, how about custom holster for the various tools you’d like to keep handy at all times?  With a CNC-made mold, much more elaborate designs become possible.
