What is your refund policy?

CNCCookbook wants you to be satisfied with our products.

If, for any reason, the software you receive does not meet your expectations, you can cancel it within 30 days of the date of purchase.

That's it-pretty simple!

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected]. In the email, just tell us you'd like a refund, give us the date and email associated with the order, and briefly tell us why you're requesting a refund.

When will my credit appear on my credit card or Paypal?

Your refund credit will appear on your card 5 - 7 business days after your return request has been fulfilled.

The Fine Print

In the past, we have had problems with people abusing the guarantee.  Because of that, once you invoke our guarantee, you may not repurchase the product at a later date.  We realize there are special circumstances that should not be subject to this policy, so feel free to contact us via [email protected] if you feel you should be allowed to repurchase.
