Just came across a neat thread on CNC Gunsmithing in my travels.  It’s on something called “Brian’s Forums”.  This thread is about a fellow that did a DIY CNC Conversion on a small mill and all the different projects he’s been undertaking with it.  Photo highlights below, but check out the thread for more details.

Here’s the mill being used, a Sieg SX2 from Little Machine Shop (same as what Hoss uses and has modified endlessly):
